I wish to express my gratitude to the staff at Autospark for the professionalism and courtesy they showed me. I called to explain my problem and was advised to bring my car in as soon as I could. When I got there they came straight out and looked at my car and told me what needed to be done along with what it might cost. The next day I picked it up and everything was fixed. I was very thankful it was done so quickly, as I am lost without my car.

Just wanted to say a thank you to your Canning Vale branch. My BMW had a faulty alternator and I was given a large replacement price from a nearby mechanic. I thought to bring it to you guys for a second opinion. Very glad I did. Your team tracked it down to the pulley clutch being worn out and managed to repair my alternator without even removing it from the car. Much cheaper price and a lot better communication than the previous mechanic. Would have no hesitation in coming back to you guys again.

I was travelling around the outback of WA and having a lot of problems with my fridge in the back of the 4WD. I was near Kalgoorlie and called Autospark. I was very surprised when the man on the phone said “I’m coming down that way tomorrow I will call in and see you.” The next day he called into the caravan park where we were staying, spent two hours and fixed the problem. I just wanted to thank you for your assistance with our motor vehicle. Our car was brought into you for diagnosis by RAC. Our Toyota Camry that had an issue with wiring and a relay to the fuel pump. After such a huge amount of grief from this vehicle at Christmas time and again at Easter, and zero satisfaction from the Dealer, your organisation has come through and repaired it for us and been able to explain very clearly what the issue was.

I took my vehicle in to have Electric Brakes and an Anderson Plug fitted for my new caravan. The job was finished earlier than expected and we were very happy with the result – Very good fitout. We’ll be back for some spotlights in the near future.
